π BOOKINGS & TICKETS
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered under any circumstance unless required by law.
- No changes can be made to bookings once completed. You may transfer to another person by emailing us at least 24 hours before the show.
- Admin Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase may be charged a 7.5% fee.
- Party size reductions are non-refundable.
- We recommend event insurance for personal cancellation cover.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in a booking ban.
π§ TICKET DELIVERY & CONFIRMATION
- E-tickets only – sent via:

- No physical tickets are sent. Just give your name on arrival.
- ID may be requested to match booking name for fraud prevention.
- PayPal users agree no physical item will be posted.
π³ DISCOUNT CODES
- Must be entered at checkout.
- Cannot be applied after purchase.
- Contact us before completing payment if there's an issue.
π€ ENTRY POLICY
- Strictly 18+.
- Challenge 25 is enforced. Valid ID required.
- Late arrivals admitted during the interval.
- No refunds if entry is refused due to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.
π» SEATING
- We try to seat your group together.
- Larger groups may be split; smaller groups may share tables.
π SHOW ETIQUETTE
- Phones on silent. No calls, texting or screen use.
- No talking or heckling – it ruins the show.
- No flash photography or recording.
- Repeat offenders will be removed with no refund.
π« DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR
- No entry for intoxicated guests – no refunds.
- Disruptive individuals will be removed immediately.
- If your group leaves with them, you forfeit your tickets.
- Zero-tolerance policy applies to harassment or rule-breaking.
π PRIVATE BOOKINGS
- Guests seated on arrival to ease congestion.
- No forced participation – but audience involvement is part of the show.
- Let us know any special requests ahead of time.
β CANCELLATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE
- If a show is cancelled, we offer:
- A gift certificate valid for 1 year, or
- A transfer to another available date.
- No refunds for illness, travel issues, lateness, or weather.
- Force Majeure includes: war, terrorism, fire, flood, pandemic, etc.
π GIFT VOUCHERS
- Non-refundable, non-transferable, valid for 12 months.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or extended beyond expiry.
πΈ FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
- By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotion.
- If you object, inform staff on arrival.

- You can unsubscribe anytime.
- We never share your details with third parties.

- Line-ups may change – we’ll notify where possible.
