The Pub

Smoke & Mirrors is a Grade II listed pub offering everything you’d expect from a great local — relaxed, welcoming, and full of character.

The bar serves well-kept draught beers, a considered wine list, and premium spirits only, alongside our signature Magic Wand Cocktails.

From Thursday to Saturday (from 6pm), the pub features complimentary close-up magic, performed at tables and around the room.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, the main bar stage hosts live acoustic music, showcasing some of Bristol’s finest local performers.

The pub is free to enter and open to everyone — whether you’re visiting the city, meeting friends, or simply stopping by for a drink.

The House Magicians Comedy & Magic Show

Tucked away behind the pub is our intimate theatre, purpose-built for live magic and comedy.

The House Magicians Comedy & Magic Show is a 90-minute seated experience, combining sharp comedy, skilful magic, and genuine audience interaction — all performed just a few feet away.

Shows run Thursday to Saturday, with guests encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the pub beforehand. Drinks can be taken into the theatre, and food orders are carefully timed around the performance and interval.
